About Us
Nestled in the lush woods of the Mount Rose neighborhood of Hopewell, New Jersey, we are a holistic healing center featuring a Himalayan salt cave. Sault Haus was created by Kirsten Haley in 2018. In 2022, Maggie & Peter Furniss became new owners. Sault Haus is now part of Mt Rose Center.
Our 2025 programming will focus on providing you with opportunities to:
Regulate your nervous system and release stress and tension through yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, sound healing, and therapeutic massage
Develop a wellness practice that includes manifestation techniques, rituals, movement, creativity, mindfulness and connection to nature
Connect with fellow community members and passionate teachers in an inclusive space where everyone feels safe, valued, and celebrated.
