FAQ
Arrival / Late Arrivals:
Classes and workshops: please arrive 15 minutes early to park and settle in.
If you believe you will be late, please call 848-228-1568.
Private appointments: your practitioner will wait for you to arrive, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time.
We are unable to offer a partial refund for time missed during an appointment.
What do I need to know for my workshop or session?
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a closed water bottle. Mats, cushions and blankets will be provided.
Thank you for not wearing strong perfume or fragrance. Some folks are very sensitive to strong scents including cannabis smoke.
Can I take pictures?
You are welcome to take pictures of the space and yourself enjoying it, but please don't take anyone's picture without their consent while they are doing healing work. we seek to create sacred space here together, please honor that with us.

COVID-19 guidelines:
Following the most recent announcement made by Governor Murphy and the CDC regarding COVID-19 guidelines, masks are optional at sault haus.
Private appointment booking:
All one-on-one treatments are by appointment only. We do not offer these services on a walk-in basis. If you are unsure where to begin or have questions, please reach out at hello@saulthaus.com
Private appointment cancellation and rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason e-mail hello@saulthaus.com to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointments missed, not cancelled or rescheduled before 24 hours notice will be charged in full. If you are using a package of sessions to pay for said appointment, you will be charged one of your package appointments.
Workshop cancellation policy:
If you cannot attend a workshop you signed up for, please cancel 24 hours in advance of the workshop to receive account credit at Sault Haus. Cancellations within a 24-hour period cannot be credited.
Refunds:
All refunds are subject to the 3.5% transaction fee applied by our credit card company.
Trainings policy:
50% of the payment is non-refundable. The remaining 50% may be credited back to your Sault Haus account, if cancelled with two weeks notice. Within two weeks of start, there are no refunds.

We are located in a gorgeous, green + wild open space section of Hopewell, so be prepared to turn. We have a small wooden sign and the dark blue house set back from the road.
